MISSION STATEMENT
My goal is to make fitness accessible and affordable to all. My fitness journey began in college. I could not keep up with my active friends and realized I was eating way more than the people around me. Since then, I've been able to lose over 50 lbs!
When I began my fitness journey, I tried to save money by exercising at home. After a month, I became bored of my regular routine.
Classes were too expensive for my budget and I didn't want to learn from apps alone. So after hours of research, I realized I could find free or low-cost classes if I spent an hour each weekend looking through local event websites.
Often I would invite friends to join me to these events, and they were shocked at the sheer volume of knowledge I gathered.
So today, I'm sharing my fitness and wellness calendar with you! Just click on the SF Events tab. I will also be blogging and reviewing my favorite my experiences!
